If you are looking for a unique location for your next event, then look no further than the History Center at Courthouse Square!\u00a0 From the gorgeous simplicity of the historic courtroom to the spacious 1.6 acres of the property, there is no limit to what can be hosted here.\u00a0 In addition to numerous weddings, the Courthouse Square has hosted festivals, concerts, theatrical plays, and more.\u00a0 Even better?\u00a0 100% of your rental fees support our on-going mission<\/a>!<\/p>

The BCHA treats every event on a case-by-case-basis, however, as the Courthouse Square is first and foremost a museum, the BCHA reserves the right to deny rentals that may endanger our historic property or any artifact.\u00a0 We recommend you review our rental contract<\/strong> <\/a>to understand some of the limitations renters may face if they choose to host their event at the Courthouse Square.\u00a0 Additionally, because it is also part of the Berrien County park system, it is subjected to certain rules and regulations, including but not limited to partisan events, politicking, and alcohol.\u00a0 Renters are always encouraged to contact the BCHA directly to learn more.\u00a0 The fee information listed below is current as of January 1, 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
